Relaxation and mobilisation of the coccyx

I am Kajal from Delhi. I have been suffering from coccydynia since mid 2023, at first it was mild and I was able to carry out all my daily activities but with continued sitting and usage of two-wheeler the pain started worsening thus limiting my daily activities. Along with this I developed disc herniations and muscle imbalance that further aggravated the coccyx pain due to which I started avoiding sitting for even a minute.

I went through physiotherapy sessions and also took medications as prescribed, consulted many doctors but nothing seemed to work. While searching for some permanent solution and a specialist of coccyx, I came across coccyx.org website which had a decent list of tailbone specialists.

In Jan, 2026, I consulted Dr. Rajveer (see Doctors and specialists in India) with all my MRIs and X-rays when he told me that there is anterior angulation of first coccyx segment. He went on to day internal manipulations ( massage of the associated muscles, their relaxation and mobilisation of the coccyx)

First six sessions (Jan, 26) gave me a mild relief, second set of sessions (mid feb) proved to be of good relief. I am still following all the precautions and doing all the exercises (original as well as modified forms as suggested by him) and hope of getting 100% relief in forthcoming months.

All thanks to Dr. Rajveer that he patiently listened to all my crazy doubts and also advised on how to build a strong body again. I will be posting again after I am fully relieved of this pain.

Thanks Dr. Rajveer, God bless u with everything best in life.
