Manipulation, dry needling, and exercises

I suffered a severe tailbone injury in a two-wheeler accident on 7th June. Initially, we thought it was only a sprain, but that night I was in unbearable pain and couldn't sit, stand, walk, turn, or sleep without support. An X-ray confirmed the tailbone injury, and I became worried after hearing that recovery could take six months to a year.
After three weeks of bed rest with little improvement, we consulted Dr. Syeda Mubashira (see Doctors and specialists in India). She treated me with manipulation, dry needling, guided exercises, and a structured home-exercise program. She also advised me on nutrition and vitamin and calcium levels. Her patience, reassurance, and constant availability gave me confidence throughout the recovery.
After the initial treatment, I continued the exercises at home for a month. A follow-up scan showed approximately 90–95% recovery. Within two to three months, I was able to sit comfortably for longer periods, travel, and return to my normal routine. I still experience occasional discomfort, but regular exercise helps me manage it.
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Syeda Mubashira for her expertise, kindness, and support. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone dealing with a tailbone injury or related condition.
