Acute coccydynia

I'm writing to share my experience at the Tailbone Pain Treatment Clinic under the care of Dr. Syeda Mubashira (PT) (see Doctors and specialists in India). I was diagnosed with acute coccydynia, with a Type IV and VI coccyx injury, and underwent a 5-day treatment plan that included internal coccygeal manipulation, postural correction, and rehabilitative exercises.

Before the treatment, I could barely sit for 15–20 minutes, even with a cushion. However, after completing the sessions, I noticed significant relief - my sitting tolerance improved, flexibility increased, and I felt a reduction in daily discomfort. Though some postural and transitional pain still persisted, the improvement was encouraging.

I believe that early diagnosis and specialized manual therapy for coccydynia, like the one I received, can be life-changing. Dr. Mubashira's holistic approach and tailored care made a real difference. I sincerely hope my feedback can help other patients make informed decisions.

Wishing your community the best in spreading awareness and hope.
