Realignment of a dislocated coccyx

I've been suffering from Coccydynia for over a year. My father, a doctor himself, told me there was no real cure, and that it would heal on its own. I followed his advice, hoping the pain would subside over time, but instead, it became unbearable. (Check out my initial X-ray, taken sitting - it looked like my tailbone was trying to become an actual tail!)

1) Don't neglect the exercises - every rep counts!
2) Keep using the cushion for as long as she suggests.
3) Trust the process.
