Trauma from a fall

In July I fell down (trauma), got an injury, started pain in my bottom and back pain. I went to a nearby Orthopedic doctor, they told me take rest for a month told to use a doughnut pillow for a month and gave me a prescription. Even after a month the pain remained the same, unable to sit normally.

With God's grace I searched online about a tailbone specialist doctor, I found Dr Syeda Mubashira (see Doctors and specialists in India). I visited madam in the first week in August, she treated me as a friend and explained the status, given the proper treatment by hand manipulation to tail bone, it's painless, and showed me exercises and stretching excise for a week with a prescription.

I went back home and within a month I recovered with God's grace and Madam's direction. After one month I retook an xray, my tail bone is OK, now no pain. I'm riding bike, normal sitting. So I heartily thank Dr Syeda Mubashira (PT) for giving me a second chance (Life), thanking you madam.

Note from Jon Miles:

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
