I came to Bangalore on early June 2023 suffering from severe Coccydynia at my tailbone. I had done some treatment with Dr. Sayeda's clinic at Bangalore (see Doctors and specialists in India) for almost two weeks and felt fine from the first treatment and exercise that you provided me.

Then I left Bangalore to my home country and took away from you stretching exercise and other exercise to continue at home which I did after I left Bangalore for couple of weeks and added some swimming sessions by a a form of swimming or walking in the water which helped to make my muscular stronger and locate the tailbone in the right place.

I also used a comfort pillow which is designed and made by your clinic for tailbone pain which helped me a lot when sit for some hours.

After I did I all the above today I feel much better and the severe pain that I had from the beginning had tremendously disappeared.

I am so grateful to Dr. Sayeda and her team who really helped me to overcome this severe pain that I had in the tailbone and lower back areas.

Thank you, Dr. Sayeda for all your kind treatment and assistance.

Update, 2024-11-17

I have continued on the recommended exercises until second quarter of 2024 plus my swimming and walking exercise. I felt okay but not quite okay since the pain did not go away all together. When I sit or drive even though I am using the cushion still I feel the pain .

I am not sure how long it will take me to have the pain gone completely but I am trying to do the exercise and swimming and walking again.

Therefore I am considering seen chiropractic tailbone specialist to fix the tailbone on its position, since I feel cracking sound when I sit sometimes.

I found Dr Pankaj chiropractic Specialist spinal cord and tailbone in Hyderabad in India. This is the only option the orthopedic specialist here advise me to do.

Update, 2025-12-14

I am doing well Alhamdulilah the pain that I had in the tailbone had completely gone and I don't feel any pain at present.

I think I misjudged Dr Sayeda treatment but now I realize she had done an excellent treatment and work, which honestly, I appreciated.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation for kind follow up and to Dr. Sayeda for hard work and excellent treatment and kind hospitality that she provided to me while I was in Bangalore.
