I am writing this review to express my utmost gratitude and satisfaction with the treatment Dr. Rajveer provided for my tailbone injury. I apologize for the delay in writing this review, as I have been procrastinating, but I wanted to make sure I share my positive experience with others.

In November 2019, I suffered a tailbone injury at the gym. Initially, I was unaware that it was a tailbone injury, but I experienced significant discomfort when sitting straight and had to lean forward to alleviate the pain. Unfortunately, due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020, seeking professional help was not feasible, and I had to endure discomfort and pain during the lockdown without any treatment.

By August 2020, I decided to consult a nearby physical therapist (PT) out of necessity, despite their limited knowledge about tailbone pain. This PT, who seemed to be more of a general practitioner, only provided ultrasound therapy and a few IFT sessions, which failed to resolve the issue. Despite the lack of progress, I was convinced to undergo 18 PT sessions, which turned out to be a waste of time and money.

Fortunately, I came across Dr. Rajveer Singh, through a Google search (see Doctors and specialists in India). Given my previous disappointing experience, I initially had reservations about consulting another professional. However, little did I know that my encounter with Dr. Rajveer would prove to be life-changing.

Upon reviewing my previous x-rays and MRI reports, he advised me to undergo a Dynamic Coccyx/Tailbone X-ray and explained the entire treatment process. He was transparent about the costs involved and the duration of the treatment. Additionally, he shared this website www.coccyx.org, which proved to be a valuable resource specifically addressing tailbone pain. After conducting further research and reading testimonials from his other patients, I decided to commence the treatment under his guidance. I followed his advice and took the coccyx dynamic x-ray, which revealed that I had an angulated posteroanterior subluxation in my tailbone.

I had the privilege of attending 3 encounters with Dr. Rajveer to reach my current state of recovery, and I cannot thank him enough for his expertise and dedication. I would like to share the progress I made throughout the treatment:

First encounter - September 2020:

5 sessions involving manipulation and exercises

Level of discomfort and pain when sitting = 100%

Recovery = 0%

Second encounter - November 2020:

3 sessions involving manipulation and exercises

Level of discomfort and pain when sitting = 40%

Recovery = 50%

Third encounter - Dec 2021:

4 sessions involving manipulation and exercises

Level of discomfort and pain when sitting = 5%

Recovery = 75%

As of today, July 2023, I am pleased to report that my level of discomfort when sitting has reached 0.01%, and my recovery stands at an impressive 95%.

Throughout this treatment process, I have learned the importance of diligently following the prescribed exercises before each encounter with Dr. Rajveer. It became evident that without adhering to the exercises consistently, the treatment would not have been as effective. Patience was another crucial factor, as there were moments when doubts crept in regarding the effectiveness of the treatment. However, by faithfully carrying out the exercises, I began to notice positive changes by the second encounter.

Once again, I extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Rajveer Singh for his exceptional care.

Update, 2025-07-06

As of 2025, I'm happy to report that I no longer experience any issues or pain or discomfort. I've been diligent in incorporating the coccyx exercises prescribed by Dr. Rajveer into my regular workout routine, especially to help relax the muscles around the tailbone.

If there's one thing I'd like to emphasize - it's that consistent exercise is absolutely essential for full recovery. Period!

I can genuinely say I'm enjoying life again - I'm now able to ride my bike for hours without any discomfort, something I once thought would never be possible. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Rajveer for helping me avoid what could have been a major surgery.
