I suffered coccyx pain in 2020. Got to know about Dr Mubashira and contacted her (see Doctors and specialists in India). This is the. best thing I did. She treated me with internal manipulation which is extremely safe treatment and taught me some exercises. There is lot of relief in pain. I am able to lead normal life.

She taught me to correct the posture which helped me a lot. Following the exercise pattern regularly is very important. I have cured 80 percent.

As I stay in other country when I message to Mubashira, she will definitely respond in time.

Hoping for 100 percent recovery in sometime.

Hi all, this is Lata here, this is my story how I recovered my coccyx pain.

Firstly I thank Dr. Mubashira for helping me in recovering. I underwent internal manipulation which really helped 80 percent recovery. Doctor told me to do few exercises which would relieve the pain. She told me that my posture is not right. I was using my entire left side of my body and my right side was not used. When I viewed my posture my entire body was out of alignment from head to toes. My head was forward and always towards my right shoulder, my left shoulder was dropped, all my chest faced towards right side, all my abdominal muscles shifted towards right side of my diaphragm, my pelvic was moving only one side, one of my hip was high, I would place my heel in a wrong way.

When I became very conscious about my posture I started correcting by exercises and giving proper signals to my brain to correct these posture.

Most important thing is my entire torso was tilting to right side, so my entire weight was on my left hip. The pelvis moves like a pendulum, where one side of my pelvic movement was restricted because of my bad posture. I started correcting all the positions mindfully which really helped me.

By Gods grace I don't have pain after I started correcting my posture. I continue with exercises and doctors advice.

Hope this helps everyone.
