I got injured in February 2021, on a friends and family trip of Jaipur and started my life living like a hell after the injury, and started cursing myself why I went to Jaipur as this trip changed my life, I have to leave my gym, cycling and so many other exercises.

Then one day I asked my wife to contact her friend who was a pt (physiotherapist) and talk about the problem which I was facing from almost five months and she suggested for internal manipulation, after listening the procedure, a different type of pain started in my mind of internal manipulation, but then I encouraged myself thinking if I can bear the pain for five months then why not for 9 more days of manipulation, if I will be alright after that.

I started searching on google and got the name of Dr. Rajveer on coccyx.org (see Doctors and specialists in India) and called him, he also suggested me for internal manipulation and started my treatment and gave me 9 sessions and called me after three months for another 4 day session, and suggested me for regular exercise, it took around 9 months to get me out from this painful life and now I don't have to carry my coccyx cushion everywhere ohhhhh what a relief.

I called Dr Rajveer and told him about my condition and he recommended me to just do exercises which he told and now there is no need of manipulation.

Now I am not using any cushion and can travel anywhere, whether on bike or anything.

I thanks a lot to Dr. Rajveer and his team who brought my life like It was before February 2021.

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
