Definitely feel an improvement from exercises

I am Anitha, 32 years old from Chennai, India. Six years back I injured my coccyx but didn't face much pain. I was working in IT and whenever I sat for long time and felt any pain, I would use a cushion for a week and the pain would go away. So I didn't bother to consult a doctor.
I delivered my baby in May 2016 and I had put on 15 kg excess weight. I was normal and active with excess weight also. Because of continuous breast feeding I got a pain in my coccyx, only when I stood after sitting. Otherwise I was normal and was able to sit for a long time. Six months after delivery I had gone to gym and without a proper trainer I did crunches, skipping and used a few equipments. A week after this immediately I got pain in my lower back and aggravated Coccyx pain. From then onwards I could not sit even for a min. Cushion also didn't help. Met a Dr in Pune and MRI showed Disc bulge for which I was taught core strengthening exercises.
Later, on 2017 I resigned my job and moved to London due to husband's relocation. I was continuing with the exercises regularly but did not feel any improvement. The treatment in UK is very slow and I got epidural injection for my back in Oct 2017 and they scheduled injection for coccyx, but the date was not confirmed. I happened to visit India for three months due to personal reasons.
Through coccyx.org I found Dr. Rajveer and Dr. Mubashira in India (see Doctors and specialists in India). They took dynamic sit/stand x-rays and the coccyx was anterior angulated and the muscles around the coccyx were stiffened. Dr. Mubashira diagnosed I also had diastasis recti, the abdomen muscles had loosened due to pregnancy which aggravates back pain along with disc bulge.
She taught me exercises for the coccyx and abdomen strengthening and told me to do them for 3 to 4 months. I definitely feel an improvement, now I can sit in a chair with the support of a cushion, but not seeing much improvement for back pain (as she told it will take time). Hoping to get both fixed with my hard work and dedication towards exercises.
Both Dr. Rajveer and Dr. Mubashira have expertise in their work and are very emphatic to hear all my questions and explained everything in detail. I was very frustrated with my coccyx pain, they instilled confidence in me and motivated that with dedication and adherence to their training, I can even sit without cushion in 3-4 months. My sincere thanks to both of them.
The exercises I do are Bhujangasana, Shalbasana and Ardha shalabh asana, fairly quickly with 10 sets and 10 repetitions.
Shalbasana, Bhujangasana and Ardha shalabh asana

Also the donkey kick exercise and Butt muscle squeeze and relaxation.
And I regularly go walking for one hour a day.

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
