Tailbone treatment from Rajveer Singh

Satya, India

Early in the morning, I fell down without my knowledge and I hit the tailbone, but I did nothing for one month or two. I was not able to sit on chair and on floor.

I consulted one of the orthopedic doctors near my house for the pain as I am not able to sit and get up from floor. He told me to use a donut pillow for 3 weeks after he saw the x-ray of the tailbone. But the pain is still there.

I got to know Rajveer Singh from surfing the internet (see Doctors and specialists in India). I consulted him and was advised to take tailbone treatment. So I had 6 sessions for tailbone treatment. Then he asked me to continue the exercises for 6 to 8 months to recover from tailbone pain .

Since from 1.5 months, I am doing exercises. I am little bit recovered now.

He told me to use a cushion for sitting. Hope I will be recovered within 6 months, if I continue my exercise.

Note from Jon Miles:

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
