I have tried Brenda's method of self-manipulation to reduce the pain. It helps a lot.
But there is still some pain if I go jogging or have to sit for too long. Recently I used this anti-inflammatory analgesic KefenTech plaster (contains Ketoprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug or NSAID) and it greatly reduces the pain from jogging or sitting too long.
Sometimes the tailbone is slightly swollen and it goes away after using this plaster. You will be amazed as you can see the results just from using 1 plaster. But I understand this palster cannot be used for more than 8 hours.
