Hi, I am writing to thanks for the article posted on your site, written by Lee, title "Self-manipulation for coccyx pain"
I injured (suddenly sit on a terrible chair) my tailbone almost three years ago, shortly after giving birth to my daughter. Ever since then, I can't sit on a chair for more than 15 minutes without bearing pain, I also developed a lower back pain.
About two weeks ago, I found this article written by Dr. Lee, and I tried it myself several times. About 2-3 days later, I felt MUCH better, I mean I don't worry about sitting on a chair anymore.
I am so grateful that I can sit in front of the computer with my son and daughter playing game with them, and not worrying about the tailbone pain!
