What next step I should take?

I'm Stefanie, a 32 year old female living in the Netherlands. I have been suffering from severe tailbone pain for the last 3 months. Last spring (2024) I also developed tailbone pain after a long day on the bicycle (>70km). However, the pain went away after a couple of weeks. In the fall the pain came back all of a sudden, without a cause, and never went away again. It really bothers me in my daily life. Sitting is very painful, also standing up from sitting position. Standing en lying down is not painful for me.
This website has been so very helpful for me, because my doctors are not familiar with this and I don't really trust them to be able to help me further. I recognize myself in the hypermobility as potential cause of my tailbone pain. However, they didn't want to perform a dynamic x-ray, only standing. The standing x-ray appeared as normal.
Can someone help me decide what next step I should take? My GP recommended pelvic floor PT. Are there other options I should consider, knowing that the probable cause of my pain is hypermobility / instability of the joints?
An important sidenote: I have the wish to become pregnant in 1-2 years from now. I would love to get rid of this awful pain before pregnancy, because I am so scared it will get worse when I get pregnant or deliver a baby. What are the recommendations and experiences about this? All advice is welcome!
