Coccyx realigned

I saw Dr. Stephen Sandler (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London) two weeks ago and would like to express how happy I am with the outcome of his treatment.

After falling on my butt three years ago, I have suffered with various aches and pains, all concentrated around the lumbar and pelvic area. I have seen various professionals, depending on the intensity of the pain at the time. The problems have varied, so also the diagnoses. Piriformis syndrome, gluteal bursitis, bilateral proximal hamstring tendonopathy, pelvic floor dysfunction, sciatica...all have been suggested. I have felt like I was just putting out fires and we had yet to find the root cause. There was a time when I could not drive or fly; I couldn't sit to have coffee with friends. I have to say I was pretty miserable.

Until finally I was put in touch with Dr. Sandler and I was lucky enough to get an appointment with him. He took a complete history and, on examination, he explained that my coccyx was misaligned and we talked about how that could cause a wide range of problems. Having explained the procedure to me and, with my consent, he realigned my coccyx. The process itself only took minutes but I cannot understate the difference it has made; I feel I can finally get back to the active life that I enjoyed before and I can think about travel without having to worry about how bad the sit pain will be.
