I can not find any coccyx specialists in Hungary

I am a 29 year old woman living in Hungary. I work in front of my computer and I am not very keen on any sports so I sit a LOT.
I've been experiencing coccyx pain for 5 weeks. It started without any injury or trauma. At first it was a slight discomfort (at the tip of my tailbone) when I bent over to do the laundry. The next day I had pain when moving from sitting to standing position. I have some discomfort during sitting too but the acute pain is when I move from that. After this I have to walk and move a lot to ease the pain. Climbing stairs after sitting... so much pain (but I can easily climb stairs if not sitting before!). This pain is definitely around the tip of my coccyx nowhere else.
Leaning forward during sitting makes it a bit less painful. I have bought the coccyx cushion but I feel no improvement from it (I can sit leaning forward in another surfaces too so...) The main thing is that my coccyx should not touch the surface or be under pressure! But after all almost all day I have a bruised feeling around my tailbone. For me it feels like muscle related.. like the ligaments around he bones are painful not the actual bone.
Things that aggravate the pain: sneezing, coughing, turning in bed, leaning against the wall or any surfaces, (on really bad days) even laying on my back, and some movement (it's hard to describe which ones but mainly when turning in bed). I have found that hot bath makes it worse and ice doesn't do much. The worst of all is climbing out of the car. I've been doing the stretches and exercises but I also feel no improvement from that.
So... I saw a proctologist first as I suspected something rectum related. She referred me to an MRI but also said that she was sure it has nothing to do with my rectum as it is a sacral pain.
I have received the MRI image (below). Unfortunately the radiologist didn't examine the coccyx (despite being specifically asked to do it). So I will ask them to look at the images again. I am not a medical expert but I can clearly see that something is not right with it.
I am scared of being diagnosed with something terrible but also scared of being diagnosed with coccydynia as I know it is hard to cure. +I can not find any doctors in Hungary who specializes in this kind of problem. Some people around me suggested that I should see a chiropractor. I have never been to one and I am honestly scared of the thought... it seems painful!
All in all this pain has impacted my life in a very wrong way. I can hardly work, I can hardly go anywhere as the thought of sitting fills me with dread. I am turning 30 this week and I can not celebrate it with a dinner in a restaurant or anything. I would like to see my family on my birthday but in order to do that I should take a 4 hours drive. I don't know how I will do that.
I will update if I have any improvement or news on my side... please if you have the same exact symptoms and have some tips on how to stop it contact me!

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
