Brenda's external self-manipulation maneuver

My name is Diego, I am 38 years old and I write from Brazil.
In January 2020 I fell on my tailbone while skiing (several times, actually). One week later, I started to feel a terrible pain in the coccyx while in sitting position. I am a lawyer and I work about 8 to 12 hours sitting in front of the computer. My life became a nightmare.
Within one year and two months (today is the 25th of March 2021) I underwent about 30 to 40 sessions of physiotherapy, had two shots of corticoids, about 10 sessions of shock waves. I would say that all that effort reduced my pain in about 40%-50%. In the end, it was still there.
I started to be more and more hopeless about this issue until I found your website and Brenda's external self-manipulation maneuver. I did it to myself last night and the pain simply disappeared. I could not believe it! I just did it one single time and it was enough to completely kill the pain. And I cried of joy and relief.
Today I woke up completely free of the pain and I was able to sit on the floor (hard surface) with both legs extended. Before the manipulation, I could not sit in this position for more than 5 seconds.
I certainly encourage anyone who is suffering from this pain to carry out this procedure. It was a miracle to me.
Thank you very much for creating this website and making this possible. Please thank Brenda on my behalf for sharing that amazing content about her experience.

I emailed more than a year after this story was posted, to ask for an update, as the long-term outcome of treatment is of great interest. In this case I did not get a reply.
