Discomfort after coccyx removal operation

I had a coccyx operation mid May after I fell from a bike in January. I had few issues but I have recovered very well. But I have a problem with my back, if I kneel back there is a discomfort and I did MRI recently and it indicated that all is well with minor challenge of arthritis.

I have started physio, it is helping a bit. The problem seem to be over seating for now, because every morning I wake up everything is fine. Is there any suggestions you may offer, whether exercise or medication or anything, it is not painful but it feels like my back get easily tired, its even better to lean forward.
