Removed coccyx partially. Slow burning pain when sitting. Anyone else?

Had coccyx removed 2 years ago. Felt great the first 5 months then the pain came back to about 80%. Been trying everything. Since the pain came back after surgery I am trying ultrasound hoping it is because of scar tissue. The only thing that has worked is a tens unit. I get it down there place well and the electric massage mostly distracts from the pain. If nothing else works I am looking for a TENS unit implant.

Anyone else have similar symptoms after surgery, or know anything about a implanted TENS unit, let me know. Wonder if it makes any sense to remove more of the coccyx?
