Considering pregnancy after coccygectomy

After smashing my coccyx and lower part of my sacrum during childbirth in September 2008, I had no choice but to undergo a coccygectomy in May 2009. 20 months later I am still unable to sit on anything hard and a daily 53 minute train journey on tough cushioning is very painful. I couldn't have continued without a coccygectomy but everytime I see a hard seat, I cringe in anticipation of the pain.
I can't believe I have to live with this forever...stuck between a rock and a hard place. So with the whinge out of the way, I am currently considering another baby but can't imagine the impact pregnancy would have on my current pain levels. Any advice or experiences?
