Some chairs cause pain, others don't

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same symptoms. There are some chairs that cause almost immediate pain and spasms. Some chairs that only cause spasms as I start to get up from the chair. My couches cause no problems. And the toilet seat provides relief.

I had tailbone problems in the past, but not with these horrible muscle spasms, and not affected by various seating surfaces. I recall no injury or trauma to the area.

I'm just not sure what kind of doctor to see and if this is even a coccyx problem at all.
