Relief in Houston

Toni -

First of all, I want to thank-you for this web site. I would not have known there were any alternatives had I not stumbled on to this.

I began having pain about 6 months ago- sitting, driving, getting up, etc. was horrible. I went to my orthopedic doctor first and he took x-rays looking for a fracture- there was none. He wanted me to take an MRI to look for any other causes, since I had not fallen or hurt my tail bone that I could remember. I kept dragging my feet on this and in the meantime was searching the web and came across this site. I first gave it 6 months to heal, in case I might have bruised it. The six months came and went with no improvement. I then decided to go to my chiropractor to see if he would know about adjusting my tailbone and if he would do it. I thought this would be the next step thinking it was probably unstable.

After he examined me, he agreed that we should try it. This is the first time I had had a doctor put on those white gloves and use his finger in my behind, but he moved it 4 - 5 times. I got up and waited until he came back into the room to sit down. And when I did the pain was practically gone! I was amazed and thrilled. I am still sore on my bone, but he said that would be normal because of the adjustment. I have to go back for a second adjustment and possibly a third, I must say the adjustment was nothing on the pain scale compared to how I have been living. So, I encourage anyone who has not tried this to do so, it may just be your ticket to relief. I am so grateful!
