Pain started after long meeting

My pain started 3 months ago after attending a meeting that lasted for 6 hours. I was confined to a theater chair which was very uncomfortable. Within 2 days I had severe pain every time I went from sitting to standing. The pain has now reached the point that I cannot sit for more than a few minutes at a time and hurts just going to sit. There seems to be no cyst in the area but there is a burning sensation.

A few years ago I was told I have slight scoliosis and I had a back injury when I was a child from falling from a bicycle. I am now 46 years old and am in extreme pain every time I sit.

I am hoping to find some relief from my doctors, which are military doctors, so I am not overly optimistic but I need some relief from this.
