Hypericum for pain

I want everyone to know that Hypericum 30c (a natural herb which can be found at health food stores) is really, really helping me alleviate my coccyx pain due to a fall I sustained.

This has been the most helpful, but I have been alternating with heat and cold packs which seems to help a lot as well.

Hypericum 30C is a homeopathic medicine. The '30C' means that it has been diluted by a factor of 100, thirty times in succession, so that the original Hypericum has been diluted by a factor of 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 and there is none of the Hypericum left in the medicine given.
