Riding my bike causes pain

When I was about 16 (which was about 6 years ago) I jumped onto a cheap couch that had some wooden boards in it. Now I can't remember if I had a lot of pain, but looking back I think I may have broken my tailbone and here's why. When I go riding my bike for any extended period of time my coccyx hurts a lot. When I get home sometimes I can barely get off my bike and walk the pain is so great. It almost never hurts just sitting in regular chairs only after riding my bike. I'm not sure if I should see a doctor and get x-rays to see if my tailbone is really broken and even if I did what could they do for me?

I really need some advice and any help would be greatly appreciated.
