List of doctors and specialists in Croatia

Doctors and specialists are listed here for one of three reasons: they were recommended by a coccyx pain patient; they are the authors of a relevant medical paper; or they suggested their own listing. The reason for listing each one is given. If you would like to recommend a doctor or specialist, please let me know.

If there is no suitable specialist listed who is near to you, you could try to find one by writing to specialists near you.

• Place to take your dynamic x-ray - Klinicka bolnica Dubrava (www.kbd.hr) - they are only ones who have the equipment with enough power so you can see the whole coccyx in a sitting position.
• Place to manipulate your coccyx internally - Americki kiro (Ulica Kneza Mislava, Zagreb, tel: 4612530). See Kresimir's experience.
• Removal of the coccyx - Dr. Kovac, Klinicka bolnica Dubrava. Dr Kovac is the head of the department in that hospital and has done a lot of coccygectomies. See Kresimir's experience.
• Removal of the coccyx - Traumatoloska bolnica (in both of these facilities they describe it as normal procedure)
