In a school related water tank dunking incident I landed hard on the bottom of the pool on my tailbone. For the first 3 weeks, sitting and the initial rise of standing after sitting were very painful. The pain tended to subside, and became more of a faint daily nag. Upon sitting for 3 hours on a hard bus seat (approximately 4 months after the accident) the pain returned to near initial levels. It is now a week later and the pain has subsided, but still makes sitting and standing uncomfortable.
Any thoughts / advice?
Thanks!
Dave
