I came upon your website when I, like many other website viewers, googled "butt pain when sitting".
My pain is centered around the coccyx, from sitting and to the touch. But it is also extremely painful on my sit-bones.
I haven't had any traumatic incidents where I fell on my tailbone, except for last year around Christmas when I slipped on some ice. But my symptoms, from what I can recollect, did not start until the middle of this summer 07.
I am a Master's student and sit all day - studying, classes, and working.
