Coccydynia after emergency C-section

I had my baby by emergency C-Section in July. I have a beautiful baby girl who weighed in at 7 lb 12 oz. Ever since I have had terrible trouble opening my bowels. The pain is terrible, and I also have trouble sitting down sometimes because the pain in my bottom is terrible. I feel like there is constant pressure on my bum. I have also had lots of blood in my stools.

I have been to the GP 3 times and he assured me after 2 PRs that I have coccydynia. He then went on to prescribe me Anti depressants (which I have decided not to take). However I really don't know if these symptoms are normal or if I need to return to my GP again.

Please help?
