Three months ago my tailbone was removed. It had broken with childbirth one year before that. Right now I feel the surgery was a great success--I no longer feel the pain with my tailbone. However, my incision is still not healed--about 1 inch is open.
I would love to hear if anyone had a similar problem and how long it took to heal.
