Over 15 years I have endured the hell of coccyx pain. I have tried EVERYTHING. This product is the only thing that has truly provided relief. I swear by it. Do yourself a favor and spend the $189, and send back for refund if you do not like it. The doctor who designed and distributes the belt offers a guarantee. When my original belt did not fit quite right, he immediately replaced it with one specific to my body type.
