My name is Lauren & I am 23 years old. I fell down stairs at work on May 17, 2002. I fractured my coccyx & at this point the pain is still really bad & it needs to be removed. The doctors I have been dealing with have not had experience with removing the coccyx before.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a doctor in Connecticut for the surgery, for I do not want someone performing the surgery who does not have experience with it. I would really appreciate any suggestions.

I will be having my coccyx removed on May 21 in Greenwich, Connecticut.
I had fallen down stairs 2 years ago at work & nothing else has seemed to get rid of the pain (I've tried numerous injections and so on). I'm optimistic about the surgery even though I am a little scared.
